Shipping Policy:

- Shipping and delivery are managed by third-party carriers. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its progress.
- We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or other issues that occur after dispatch.
- Unless stated otherwise, All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed or an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee will apply.
- Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll help you lodge an inquiry with Australia Post.

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

- Returns accepted for 30 days from date of purchase
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
